Can you customize? Absolutely! We want you to have the barn you want and need. If you don't see what you are looking for, just ask us for assistance in designing your barn.

1. Customizing Run In Sheds: Our run in sheds come standard with 4' high oak kickboards and without any windows or partitions. In a small run in shed (e.g. 10' x 12'), you will have one opening (bay), and in larger ones (e.g. 10' x 20' or larger) there would be two or more openings. You can customize by having solid or removable partitions to divide the bays. Windows can be added in the back of each bay to allow a breeze in humid & hot weather. Or add a window on each side for a cross-breeze. Windows can be sliding, grilled windows, or drop-downs. In addition to these options, you can order a run-in shed/storage room combination with a storage room for tack or feed that can be installed either on right side of the shed, left side or in the center. Storage rooms come standard with wooden floor, solid partitions, one 3' x 7' door and one window.

2. Customizing Horse Barns: All of our shed-row horse barns already come standard with 4' high kickboards, 4'x7' Dutch doors, sliding windows with window grills and 7' high dividers (partitions) between stalls. Each partition is made of 4' high solid wall and 3' high powder coated grill on top. The way you can customize the horse barn is to have removable or solid partitions between stalls, sliding doors installed in partitions, windows installed in Dutch doors for more light, gable vents or ridge vent for better ventilation, etc. In addition to many options, you can choose the size of stalls and the size of storage room. For example, our 10' x 30' horse barn comes standard with three 10' x 10' stalls. If you like, you can order a 10' x 30' horse barn with two 10' x 10' stalls and one 10' x 10' storage room, or with two 10' x 12' stalls and one 10' x 6' storage room, all for the same price.

3. Other Customizations: There are many ways to customize your barn. If you are thinking of adding a porch later, you can order your barn with a single slope roof. We can add a porch for you as well. You can also order overhangs on 8 and 10 foot wide barns and sheds. We can build your run-in or barn almost a foot taller. Ordering two or three barns and placing them in an L or U configuration gives you lots of versatility - each one can have a tack room, or you can have two rows of stalls and a huge tack room - just be creative! We'll be glad to help you figure it out.

4. Quaker and Cottage Storage Barns: You can make these cute as can be with shutters, architectural shingles, cupola or colored metal roof. They make terrific workshops - add lots of windows and doors for ventilation and maybe an overhang on the roofline. Or keep it simple with T-111, and still have a great place to store mowers, hay, tools, or whatever. Our big doors and ramps make it easy to get your equipment or large items inside.
