STALLS: Each stall has 1"x 8"x 4' high oak kickboards. They are doubled between stalls (as a partition), and have a 32" high powder coated steel grill on top. One 4'x7' Dutch door per stall is standard, and there is one 6-lite window with a powder coated, heavy-duty window grill in the back of each stall. (window can be moved to side wall, and additional Dutch or swing-out doors on the back wall can be added as options)

FRAMING: 6"x6" pressure treated sills under each wall & partition. Framing is rough cut oak with 4"x4" rough-cut oak posts and 2"x4" oak girts & braces. The siding is 1"x10" white pine board & batten (vertical). Hot dipped galvanized fasteners are used for framing. Shingles are nailed on, not stapled. Lean-to porches are constructed at your site.

HARDWARE: We use very high quality black powder coated hinges and door latches. You can choose from regular drop latches or horseshoe latches on our Dutch doors.

TACK ROOM/STORAGE BARNS: Wooden floor is standard (2"x6" pressure treated floor joists 16" o.c. under 5/8" CDX plywood decking). One 3'x7' entrance door and one 6-lite window are standard.

ROOF: Comes standard with 2"x4" rafters 16" o.c. (2"x6" rafters are optional), 7/16" OSB sheathing (1/2" plywood is optional), and 25-year shingles. 15 lb. felt paper underlayment and architectural shingles are optional. Metal roof is optional, and it comes with double bubble insulation to reduce heat and condensation.
